Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that for as a long as you a party to any Performance Base Program of the Company (the “Program”) you will continue to receive by email certain automatic reports from the Company’s system relating to each applicable Program. Such reports shall be governed by the applicable Matomy Market Publisher Service Agreement to which you are a party and shall not be deemed as email messages and updates as detailed above.
