As General Manager of Matomy Market, Assaf Suprasky oversees all operations with a global perspective on the latest trends in performance marketing. To achieve results for both advertiser and publisher clients, he focuses the company on pairing the right media to every campaign, innovations in Matomy Market’s in-house tracking platform and providing exceptional service in all areas.
Assaf brings to Matomy Market years of experience in online advertising, most recently as Senior Vice President of Media and Affiliate Relations at Matomy Market, where he focused on the development of new media types and channels, and building strategic partnerships. He also implemented and managed Matomy Market’s global business development strategy, maintaining key relationships with branch offices. He has occupied many roles in different aspects of the online advertising industry including Director of Operations at Soho Digital International, helping the company establish its international activity outside North America, and as COO of Xtend Media (now Matomy Media), where he was in charge of the media and affiliate business units.

KEREN MAROM
VP Media
As Vice President of Media, Keren oversees the development and growth of publisher activity with a focus on enhancing partnerships and increasing revenue. With Matomy Market since its founding in 2007, Keren has managed client relations activities and played an active role in advancing the company’s business development division and strategic partnerships. Prior to this position, Keren was VP of Affiliate Marketing where she oversaw Matomy Market’s affiliate program management solutions for advertisers.
Prior to working in the online marketing industry, Keren has developed the marketing & business development activities of Israeli hi-tech companies, as well as the marketing and expansion of her New York MBA program. Keren graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Philosophy, Politics, & Law, and has an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Binghamton University in New York.

GIL KLEIN
VP Performance
As Vice President of Performance, Gil Klein is responsible for successful advertiser accounts management and maximizing revenue from the relationships between hundreds of advertisers and Matomy Market’s wide publisher base through affiliate marketing. An expert in campaign performance optimization and online media acquisition, he brings over 6 years of hands-on experience in performance and affiliate marketing, client relations, and the online media industry.
Prior to his role at Matomy Market, Gil was an integral member of fellow Matomy Media Group member Xtend Media, serving as Director of Performance Marketing, Client Relations and Director of Media Buying. While at Xtend Media, Gil gained a deep knowledge of the display media space and invaluable experience in media buying over multiple exchanges, networks and sites. Gil holds an MBA in International Business from the College of Management.

YOAV AMIEL
CTO
As Chief Technology Officer of Matomy Market, Yoav is responsible for all technological and R&D aspects of the company. He brings over 20 years of technology and management experience, providing leadership, guidance and coordination of the company’s technological roadmap.
Prior to joining Matomy Market, Yoav was the Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Redmatch International, building a unique breakthrough matching platform, installed and used by millions of users and advertisers worldwide. Prior to that, Yoav served as eCommerce Manager at Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX), Israel’s largest software company and a multinational publicly traded corporation and as an officer in Israel’s Military Computer Corps, where he managed teams of engineers and multi-million dollar projects. Yoav holds a BSc. in Computer Science & Mathematics and an MBA in Information Technology & Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
